Description

The 3C Test CCS500 is an intelligent multifunctional immunity test system designed for conducted EMC immunity testing across a wide range of IEC 61000-4 phenomena. With a maximum test voltage of 5 kV, it consolidates EFT/burst, surge, communication wave, voltage dip and interruption, ringing wave, pulse magnetic field, and power frequency magnetic field testing into a single bench-top unit — reducing equipment footprint and simplifying test workflows for compliance, development and quality assurance environments.

At its core, the CCS500 features a built-in fully automatic single-phase coupling/decoupling network rated at AC/DC 300 V, 20 A or 32 A, making it ready for CE and CCC certification testing of single-phase equipment straight out of the box. For three-phase five-wire configurations, the system can control external CDNs with EUT current capacity up to 400 A, providing scalability for more demanding test programmes without requiring a separate generator.

Operation is managed through a 5.7-inch colour TFT touchscreen with comprehensive front panel control. The system includes surge failure detection with automatic operation interrupt, surge voltage and current monitoring via BNC outputs, and a test orchestration mode that allows multi-level test sequences to be programmed and executed automatically. Ethernet LAN connectivity enables full PC remote control and test report generation via 3CTest's CoreLab software platform.

The CCS500 is well suited to test laboratories, product development teams and quality facilities requiring reliable, standards-compliant immunity testing across multiple phenomena from a single, practical instrument. NTD Shielding can advise on configuration, optional modules and integration into your test environment.
