Description
The 3CTest CCS600 is an intelligent multifunctional immunity test system offering the same broad conducted EMC test capability as the CCS500, with a higher maximum test voltage of 6 kV. It covers EFT/burst, surge, communication wave, voltage dip and interruption, ringing wave, pulse magnetic field, and power frequency magnetic field testing in a single instrument — making it a practical step up for labs and test teams whose standard requirements, EUT ratings or test programmes call for greater voltage headroom. Like the rest of the CCS series, the CCS600 includes a built-in fully automatic single-phase coupling/decoupling network rated at AC/DC 300 V, 20 A or 32 A, with support for external three-phase CDN configurations up to 400 A for five-wire EUT testing. The surge capability is correspondingly increased, with test current up to 3 kA and ringing wave short-circuit current of 500 A at 12 Ω — both higher than the CCS500 and better suited to testing against stricter level requirements or more sensitive equipment under test. Operation is via a 5.7-inch colour TFT touchscreen, with surge failure detection, BNC voltage and current monitoring outputs, test orchestration mode, and full PC remote control via Ethernet LAN and CoreLab software. The platform and accessory ecosystem is identical to the CCS500, so users familiar with that instrument will find the CCS600 straightforward to adopt. The CCS600 is well suited to accredited test laboratories, compliance teams, and R&D environments where 6 kV test capability and comprehensive multi-phenomenon coverage are required from a single bench-top system.
