With a built-in single-phase CDN, 5.7-inch colour touchscreen, test orchestration mode and Ethernet remote control via CoreLab software, it provides the highest surge voltage and current output in the CCS range alongside the CCS1000.

Description
The 3C Test CCS800 is a high-performance multifunctional immunity test system designed for conducted EMC testing programmes requiring elevated surge voltage and current capability. With a maximum surge test voltage of 8 kV and test current up to 4 kA, it represents a significant step up from the CCS600 and is well suited to labs working with stricter immunity level requirements, higher-rated equipment under test, or standards that demand greater stress levels than the lower CCS models can deliver. The full range of covered test phenomena matches the rest of the CCS series — EFT/burst, surge, communication wave, voltage dip and interruption, ringing wave, pulse magnetic field, and power frequency magnetic field — all within a single instrument. The EFT/burst source port retains the same 6 kV range as the CCS600, while surge and ringing wave capability steps up to 8 kV, with ringing wave short-circuit current reaching 666 A at 12 Ω. The larger 8U chassis (650 × 445 × 371 mm, approximately 65 kg) reflects the increased internal power handling compared to the 6U CCS500 and CCS600. As with the wider CCS range, the CCS800 includes a built-in fully automatic single-phase CDN rated at AC/DC 300 V, 20 A or 32 A, with external three-phase CDN support up to 400 A. Surge failure detection, BNC monitoring outputs, test orchestration mode, and CoreLab software integration via Ethernet LAN are all included as standard. The CCS800 is a practical choice for established EMC test laboratories, accredited test houses, and industrial or infrastructure testing environments where 8 kV surge capability and comprehensive multi-phenomenon coverage are required from a single system.
